This is from a playoff-game in Ligue Nord AmÃ©ricaine de Hockey in Quebec 2004.
The team with dark jerseys are Sorel-Tracy Mission and the white time is Thetford Mines Prolab.

The LNAH is infamous for its brawls. Recently it's been trying to clean up it's image, though.
Here's the Wikipedia description:

Its teams employ many enforcers and other players trying to make a name for themselves and it has a rather infamous reputation for its on-ice antics that mostly include fisticuffs. The LNAH has the unofficial reputation as the world's roughest hockey league.
