stats for a HC?

what are the stats you ought to look for in a head coach?
i recon its tactical knowledge and determination.

but what do you look for in your head coach.
im asking because i just lost steve zimmerman because he got a GM job :(

im kelowna and i need a new HC as soon as possible :)

My top three:

1. Tactical Knowledge*
2. Determination
3. Discipline
...
4. Everything else - all equally important for a head coach.

*This one mostly depends on how you play. Personally, I only play as GM, so having a tactically intelligent head coach is a must.

Adaptability, Man Management, Motivating, and the coaching skills also play a role
