OK i have simmed through a couple season on a new Database(TBL DB) So far no problems with Drafting i still have the occasional 1st rounder Not make it and the 5-7th rounders make a regular spot. but I haven't had to lice off of 5-7 rounders anymore. Must have been a Database Problem. Thanks for the helps guys. and sorry it took so long to get up on it.

Hmmmmm, GM's listening very closely to the advice of coaching staff.....nope, doesn't sound realistic to me. :P
