IMO Trent Whitfield (of all people) is the only one that fits the bill. Position, height, weight, aggression, flair, work rate... all fits perfectly. Problem is that his potential is only 127.
Maybe this Yetman has pretty much fully developed already and was just way ahead of his peers in junior hockey? That's the only explanation I can think of right now.
Even the retired superstars like Francis, Messier and Oates, who are in the database, do not fit. But for them it is probably would be too late anyway (2015).

IIRC, if a player retires and becomes a non-player, the retired player gets regened while the new non-player still exists. Otherwise, the player database would shrink over time.
As for regens of Bourque, Neely, and Roy... they weren't players in the game, so they're not going to be regenned. Of course, if you were playing with pens66's historic database, those guys would be players, so they'd be regenned when they retired.

I do believe that's exactly what I heard a long time ago. And it makes sense.bruins72 wrote:IIRC, if a player retires and becomes a non-player, the retired player gets regened while the new non-player still exists. Otherwise, the player database would shrink over time.

Tkachuk's last season was in 2011 or was his retirement announced in the summer of 2011? Was it before or after july 1st? I'm sure Tkachuk got into the Hall of Fame so you can see it there, the exact entry date.
If he retired in the summer of 2011, it can be Tkachuk, I believe, since your regen's first year of "existence" was 2011.
It's pobably not Modano o Roenick, as they are centers and regens keep their positions, I'm pretty sure.

Does anybody know if they mix close nationalities? Like a Slovak/Ukrainian becoming a Russian? I've got a 20 year old RW from Russia who shoots left. And the lists are shorts starting right there. I was thinking Peter Bondra maybe? He has 15 creativity and 15 flair. It's also 05 to make things harder. lol. Or Pavel Bure. Not sure what DB the league is using if he's still around in it or not. He's only 5'11" 183lbs. So he's almost done growing. Any help would be great!

It could be Alexander Perezhogin or Slava Kozlovdybbuk wrote:Does anybody know if they mix close nationalities? Like a Slovak/Ukrainian becoming a Russian? He was created in the 06-07 season, so not Perzhogin, Kozlov perhaps, but, I never seen him when looking through for left habded shot rw'ers. And he's only a rw'er. Kozlov plays more then one position doesn't he?Manimal wrote:It could be Alexander Perezhogin or Slava Kozlovdybbuk wrote:Does anybody know if they mix close nationalities?
