Kay. I'm starting to think Mgsports is having fun with us. To not know his own language is one thing, but not knowing the game we've all been playing for some two years is another thing. He's just joking around. Good for you, Mgsports. Had your giggles.

If i wasn't drunk like a boozed up parrot, I'd lock this thread. But since that's exactly what I am, I'll leave it for the morning.

Okay maybe I shouldn't have started this Topic because the I would be the only one using the Roster Set but know if I made Stanley Cup Teams Roster people would want to use it.

Everyone here won the Cup several times in this game without any need to cheat, just by a simple use of their brain. No need to artificially create a hulking team to beat a weak AI.

How does Stinson get credit? I thought I came up with this thread months ago, and B72 put all the things into it this morning.

And I thought we were talking about the Blues..not the Wild....this thread is soooo confusing.

So anyway...this is the thread where all the projects of Monsieur mcgsports can be chatted about..

I only have one project for this game at the moment and it's not working. My Keyboard doesn't not have a TM key and some the NHL team names are missing TM and others problems it doesn't like I have said in the Topic Standings.
I did a Drafted by Teams one along time ago but no file of it at this time

I would like to do Stanley Cup Winners Rosters but said before no Copy or Clone Feature and would have to find a 30 team because the Rosters would be from 79-08.

But the game doesn't have customisation, so you can't do it... which in fact makes your ideas very wild.

Thanks for checking out my Forum. If you have Roster Projects posted a Topic their so people can reply about them.
I got my League working by replacing the Club Data File back to the one that came with Lids good Roster Datebase.
If your trying to rename a NHL team to like the Kansas City Scouts or Hartford Whalers you have to keep them TM I think.

You can't pick your own Background only theirs that I know of. If I could pick my own it would be Orlando Magic in the Background.
If Faceoff becomes like this one or another Hockey Game like this comes out then Roster Projects for it would be done.

After reading our friend mcgsports' comments int he dabo thread, I decided to check this one out to better understand the deep insights he is gracing us with.

One thing I've noticed is that he never seems to reply to any of the responses to his posts. It's like a one time stream of consciousness thing. There is no two way conversation/discussion to be had here - it's like he's reading a prepared statement at a press conference and then "no commenting" his ass off the podium.

My best guess: he's a teenaged kid from Florida who is probably on meds for ADHD. Or maybe not on meds. But definitely ADHD.

I think it could be fun to try throwing around some posts like this though...

You can add NBA players To the DB. The same as when Michael Jordan Played baseball. I want Grant Hill on The Panthers. You could Get it working by Replacing the League Draft data.

Washington belongs in Altantic,Winnipeg in Canada with all other Canada Teams Minnesota in Central,Dallas,St. Louis and so on in Midwest if it's possible and it's not Fantasy it's would make the NHL Geographical because we can't set the Divisions up the way we want and Expansion should be allowed and also Phoenix renamed to Kansas City Coyotes just in case they move to KC.
