player icons?

Anyway to alter the color of the player icons in-game?

If you are referring to the player logos that are shown if no player picture existing,
you can find them in the logos subfolder of the skin folder.
You could create new logos or edit the default ones only pay attention to the proper size.

I believe he's referring to the little dots that skate around during the 2D match. In which case, there is no way to change their color without changing the actual team's colors.

yes, and would I need to use the 3rd party game editor?
