Each NHL teams were re-name to a country/region.
I put all the players and prospect as free agent and then "draft" 30 "national" teams :

Canada Maritimes
Québec
Northern Ontario
Southern Ontario
France
West division
Asia
British Colombia
Alberta
Saskatchewan
Manitoba
South division
Northern USA
Great Lake USA
South USA
Italy
Great Britain
European conference
Scandinavian division
Sweden
Finland
Norway
Denmark
Poland
URSS division
Russia
Ukraine
Belarus
Latvia
Kazak
Central division
Slovakia
Czech Republic
Germany
Switzerland
Central Europe (Austria/Slovenia)
Now, here i am, all my rosters complete, i even change contract to each player to minimum until 2020 to have no problem with money and salary cap.
My first idea was to take control of all 30 teams to be sure that no trades were made, no free agent signing, no waivers, etc...
But i just learned that i can control a maximum of 16 teams...
Now i don't know what to do.
What is the fun of an international competition if a Russian player is signing with Team France.
Does anyone know if there is a way that no GM would make transaction?
Is there anyway to take control of more than 16 teams?
Any other way to make this work?
Please help me
