What's the salary cap supposed to be?

I've been trying to solve my clearances bug and now the salary cap has gone down from $39 million to $21 million (same currency, both p/y). Can someone tell me if the cap is supposed to be $21 million with the Smetana rosters or is something really messed up with my game?

The NHL Salary Cap should be fixed at $39 million.

Thanks again. After several hours of trying to figure out the clearances, it's hard to see a difference between UK pounds and US dollars.

Eheh i got this headace too the first time i saw it: i play with the **** â‚¬ and it's only 31 million and i was stunned. I was writing a topic in the bugs report when i recognized that.......

Yep. And as for those clearances, I guess I'll have to use a different update because so far I've only seen the bug on the Smetana rosters.
