what program do i need to open the rooster updates from this homepage?

If I remember correctly, it comes as a .rar format...
if it is, and you're using a PC, get WinRar or something like that, but if you're using a Mac, use UnRarX. Then just place the folder under the EHM07/Data/Database/ section, and away you go.

You just place the Lidas 1.3 DB in the Database folder. Should be in your C/: Drive or Program Files. I'm on a Mac so I honestly don't know, but when you open the EHM 07 folder there should be folders for Data, Manuals, EHM 07 Icon.
Click on Data, click on Database, and drag the Lidas 1.3 into the Database folder.
