Hide attributes

I was reading about attributes today, and saw some ideas about making less attributes in the game, or completely taking them out...now I realize its a little late for that as the game is already made...but I remember seeing a skin somewhere that would hide the attributes for you...does anyone know where I could find this (I have looked in downloads). If not, does anyone know if you can make a skin to hide attributes?
