Activating the Demo

Hey guys,
I just played the demo up until just after the trading deadline when it notified me that I needed to purchase the game in order to continue. I did, but now I don't know how to activate the full version. Where am I prompted to enter my purchase code/how can i activate the full-version?

It's been a while, but I do believe when it's still in Demo mode it has a splash screen where one option is to enter your code.

Didn't you have to go out of the game(after saving) and in again to get something(pop-up) or it's in options or preferences.
