Theodore out 6-8 Weeks

Montreal Canadiens goalie Jose Theodore slipped on the ice steps of his house following freezing rain in the area and broke his heel. The injury will cost him 6 to 8 weeks aka the rest of the season so I guess this won't do any favors for his stats this year that are hoverning close to a 3.50 GAA.

I know it's cruel but I can't help picturing Charlie Brown with a Goalie's Mask mid-fall from having the football yanked away from him AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!

That's darn unlucky. It must be so much worse injuring yourself off-ice than on-ice! I guess there's some consolation in the fact that it happened during the Olympic break so he'll miss a little less of the season than he could have.

That's a big loss for les habitants, though
