I've also seen a bit of improvement in Stoa, but I guess I'd leave him in the AHL for the second season. Shouldn't do him any harm, and Durno still seems to be a better option for the 4th line.bruins72 wrote:Don't believe the hype!batdad wrote:Uh Oh. Sacco and Wienstock two of my coaches are telling me Stoa is having an excellent camp and should make the team. Wow. Year 2.

Even though I am not on this challenge, Durno sucks pretty bad. Oh, well, should be because you have the trade etc. limits.Círyatan wrote:I've also seen a bit of improvement in Stoa, but I guess I'd leave him in the AHL for the second season. I just finished up my second season and here's how Stoa's been doing so far:
2006-07
with Colorado 10 GP-1G-0A-1PT-2PIM 8 Shots, 12.5% 6.6 Rating
with Lake Erie 59 GP-19G-18A-37PTS-52 PIM 149 Shots, 12.8% 6.51 Rating
2007-08
with Colorado 28 GP-2G-5A-7PTS-10PIM 12 Shots, 16.7% 6.64 Rating
with Lake Erie 38 GP-13G-17A-30PTS-45PIM 108 Shots, 12% 6.42 Rating
In season 1, he played his 10 games on the fourth line when Hejduk was out with an injury, so I can understand why the numbers are as low as they are. Now, in season 2, he spent his NHL time on the third line with Taylor Hall and Willsie or on the fourth with Koci and Haydar and was the main shooter on both lines, but he just won't shoot the puck, which is extremely frustrating. He has a good shot at sticking with the big club for the year and good possibly be on a line with new additions Wade Brookbank and Tyler Kennedy. I'm going to try to get Stoa to be more of a two-way player and see if we can't boost that rating to over 6.75 for the season.

Nope, I think I lead.

Stoa's NHL rating.
I managed to get him reach 6.31 in 141 NHL games. Yeah, he played 82 games one season before I strengthed my team enough to knock him out of the fourth line.
