I'm sure that they will. They gave up on the 2009 car long before anybody else to focus on the 2010 car. Ferrari are going to storm it this year.

But i agree that Ferrari surely must have more pressing issues to be dealing with...

I've started to think about this, now that Ferrari has issued legal actions against Batracer will the other teams and FIA also do that?

Or do they think that it's good publicity?

EDIT: Jules Hatton has wrote this on his facebook:

Unofficial: Got power back. Gota new (rubbish) router, after driving 40 miles and encountering no less than 3 road blocks (accidents, floods). Due to these delays, the website will most likely not be restored today. To make up for this several shortcuts will be taken to restore things more quickly. More news will be available in due course

These are active but will take some time to create new games with:

Indycar 2008
Indy 500

These are gone, but they might come back:

LMES
F1 1997
F1 1999

These are gone and will take a long time to come back, if they ever do:

F1 1986
F1 2002
F1 2005
F1 2006
F1 2007
F1 2008
F1 2009

Ferrari Challenge is obviously gone forever. So now the question is, what series will we do now that the series we were going to do is gone?

Anyone who have now noticed the random names on Batracer, I'm in a DTM where Audi now is Odee and Mercedes is Mernandes!

Both the Target cars and I think some of the Andretti Green Cars in the Indycar series cars have changed to Team Penske cars which caught me off guard

Yeah, so now there's a lot of Penskes out there.

EDIT: Now there's fake names in every race series. Most likely because Jules don't want to get into more trouble.

I think it's better than nothing. And if Jules had kept the real names he would have had to go through this procedure with every series they simulate at Batracer. They haven't approved to be in the game like the teams in EHM for example.

I got caught of multi-accounting as well, thanks to me and my brother sharing the same computer/ IP adress.

Just ask and we'll try to explain to you, also read the quick start guide on Batracer.

With new people joining we will soon be able start a new racing season here on TBL.
