Oh, are you sure it's the ones with random positions? They only got one position every time I tested it before the implementation.Lidas wrote:The "new regens" can get multiple positions. I've seen some in almost every game.
B72's regen has popped up too early. It is most likely Philippe Bozon's regen.

This is a small detail but it has been bugging me for a while now.
Alexander Ovechkin's disliked staff is Evgeni Malkin and same for Malkin's dislike staff it is Ovechkin
They played together during the Olympics for Russia and a while ago Ovechkin and Malkin teamed up together during the NHL All-Star to pull our a show for the fans.
I think Ovechkin's disliked staff should be Sidney Crosby as they did have a few encounters after that All-Star game.
Thanks and keep up the good works, Im really enjoying this

The Vancouver Canucks fan support should be jacked up a bit. Ive won 2 Stanleys, 3 presidents cups and been top 5 for 5 years in a row but my sellouts are few and far between. It sucks seeing most of the US teams selling out and Vancouver not. IRL the Canucks have over 200 consecutive sellouts but not in EHM..... Thats my beef

The same problem with the Oilers...
How often do the ticket sales drop to 15500 in Edmonton? Maybe you have to overshoot the estimated sales Lidas?

Minnesota Wild update-
Casey Wellman- Currently on the Massachusetts Minutemen, he recently signed with the Minnesota Wild, and along with that he need some ratings tweaks. First of all physically he is a fast skater, so I would raise that. Also I would raise his mental skills specifically determination. The kid has been showing Koivu like grit on the ice and even jumped in a scrum with Carcillo. As far as technical attributes, obviously he's still young and we have no idea how good he'll be but his strengths are faceoffs and shooting. I would also raise his attributes to look more like a guy getting 3rd line time, and maybe his potential to a modest level. He's a guy that could end up being a role player or end up being a pretty good player. Obviously I think pretty highly of the kid, so I'm trying to stick to what i know for sure about his abilities rather than going over the top. But I like what you did with Clutterbuck, he seems very realistic now so I trust you the same on Wellman.

ALL of his attributes are currently randomized in the DB, but I'll fix that for next update.wildiowafan wrote:Minnesota Wild update-

CSS Ranking: #9 European Skater
Potential Ability: -13
Aleksei Marchenko (D) - CSKA Moskva (KHL) - Change name to Alexei MarchenkoHis team mate Nikita Zaitsev didn't play too well. He looked a little bit out of place and was having hard time against quick forwards. Though he did display some grit and good physical play, he didn't shy away from battles and constantly tried to check hard along the boards, even if he must move his feet more while defending. As many other youngsters, he tends to be a little bit too passive. He was a lot more comfortable playing against juniors. Even while on the offensive part of the game, he didn't want to play the puck and show the excellent breakout pass abilities he showcased in the U18 WJC, but instead most of times he just preferred playing the puck along the boards searching for the easy option. The potential is there, but this 2010 eligible needs to get some confidence.
Born: Moscow, Russia - 1/2/1992 - 183cm - 84kg - Shoots: Right
CSS Ranking: #18 European Skater
Potential Ability: -13
Ignat Zemchenko (LW) - Severstal Cherepovets (KHL)A typical Russian defenseman, Marchenko is an average sized defenseman who might have to work on his body, but that is able to do exciting rushes end-to-end with the puck on the blade. And he can finish them too as he did in the second game of the season against MHK Dinamo, where he scored a double. He likes to play with some edge and is fairly aggressive without exaggerating, like sometimes junior players do when they want to show some aggressivity. He has definitely KHL potential, but I think that he might be considered for the 2010 NHL draft as he can develop into a NHL level powerplay quarterback.
Alexei Marchenko had a great tournament, he even finished the tournament without getting a single penalty minute. In his team he usually plays a very offensive style, while here we asked him to pay not only offensively, but also defensively, with aggression. And he did it excellently.
Born: Kiev, Ukraine - 4/24/1992 - 185cm - 80kg - Shoots: Left
CSS Ranking: #37 European Skater
Potential Ability: -12
Roman Lyubimov (LW) - CSKA Red Army (MHL)
Born: Tver, Russia - 1/6/1989 - 188cm - 87kg - Shoots: Right
CSS Ranking: #75 European Skater
Potential Ability: -6
Georgy Berdyukov (D) - Change name to Georgi Berdyukov
CSS Ranking: #79 European Skater
Potential Ability: -12
#18 Stanislav Bocharov (LW) - Neftyanik Almetievsk (Rus-2) - Ak Bars Kazan (KHL)Offensive-minded defesenman
Born: Kazan, Russia - 6/20/1991 - 181cm - 85kg - Shoots: Left
CSS Ranking: #87 European Skater
Potential Ability: -13
His parents brought him to the hockey school when he was just five and he started playing in Khabarovsk with guys one year older than him and he had some trainings run by Alexander Mogilny. He played until he was 15 in the Amur youth system, then he moved to Kazan, and he played not only for Ak Bars, but also for Neftyanik Almetievsk. He tries hard creating his own style, but he likes Ilya Kovalchuk. He constantly plays for the junior national teams, was born on the same day as Pavel Datsyuk. He likes to do tricks while playing the puck and sometimes this hasn’t the best impact over the quality of its control. He is a very good shoot out taker and has in his achievements a hat-trick scored with the U18 national team. He tries to work on his speed and his shot’s accuracy.
Can you describe a little your game?
I'm a forward and thus my task is to score points. I love scoring. If I do that, and my team wins, then I'm on the correct way.
2011 NHL Draft:
Sergei Tereschenko (D) - Steel Foxes (MHL)
Born: Magnitogorsk, Russia - 12/28/1991 - 186cm - 76kg - Shoots: -
Potential Ability: -13
Alexander Khokhlachev (C) - MHC Spartak (MHL)A graduate of the Magnitogorsk hockey school, he has been introduced to hockey by his parents when he was five. At first he had hard times, but he never wanted to play any other kind of sport. He was the first player in the MHL history to score eight points in one week, in three matches. He always liked played as defenseman, but he plays a more offensive style like, for examples, Mike Green of the Washington Capitals. He makes everything possible not to miss a single home match of Metallurg Magnitogorsk, always follows his former team mates, is used to long transfers and likes the concept of the individual prizes in hockey. He thinks about the MHL’s Challenge Cup not like a show, but like a high-level match.
Born: Moscow, Russia - 9/9/1993 - 178cm - 78kg - Shoots: Left
Potential Ability: -15
I will finish the rest later...Capable of playing both center and wing, Khokhlachev is a not a big player at 5’11”, 176 lbs, but he can certainly compensate this issue with his talent. And at 16 he has a lot of time to bulk up and mature physically. A nothing but flashy skater, Khokhlachev makes thing happen with his excellent skating abilities and his great vision of the ice as well as his great nack for reading the game that helps him in being effective both in attack and in defense. Quite effective on faceoff dots too, Khokhlachev is a player who has all the tools to become a star and he definitely has NHL potential. Even though he has numerous times stated his commitment towards his home club of Spartak, he is interested in crossing the pond: to “test yourself overseas is always interesting. Any player strives for the world’s best league, and today that’s the NHL.” So far this season, he scored 10 goals and 26 points in 30 matches, remarkable numbers for a player who constantly faces opponents two years older. In fact, Khokhlachev would normally be too young to play in the MHL as players eligible are from 17 to 21 years old, but upon medical checks also 16-year-olds can join the league

Just started playing EHM so downloaded this update.
Stamkos' needs a boost on all his physical attributes. His others are ok but his highest goal total after 4 seasons is 14?! Does his current ability need a boost? Mike Fisher looks like he needs a current ability boost too.
Peter Regin needs a boost as he's a regular for the Sens this season but is a career AHLer in this update. Same with Brian Elliot, Nick Foligno and Matt Carkner.
I traded for Halak and he's only good enough for backup goalie so he needs a boost. Same with Jimmy Howard.
Niklas Hjarlmarsson, Cory Schneider and Jonathan Bernier also turn out to be a career AHLers.
Alex Steen is barely an NHLer according to my scouts. He's got 20 goals this season.
Ales Kotalik is the opposite, he needs a significant decrease.

All players will be updated when the regular season is over, and will be in next season's release. There just isnt enough time to continously update each and every player based on his current performance. Most player's abilities are based on the previous season. The players you have mentioned will be updated based on this season when I release version 3.0.

Just a quick update for the 10/11 season, wasn't sure if you had it yet, but the AHL Albany River Rats will be moving to Charlotte, NC, effectively replacing the ECHL Charlotte Checkers (name, arena, etc. will be kept...colors subject to change). The AHL Charlotte Checkers will take over the River Rats - Carolina Hurricanes affiliation. The Checkers franchise will be relenquished at the end of the season.

I will update all North American Leagues in regard to franchises moving or folding. Some might be kept due to the hard-coding of the gamecoasterholic14 wrote:Just a quick update for the 10/11 season, wasn't sure if you had it yet, but the AHL Albany River Rats will be moving to Charlotte, NC, effectively replacing the ECHL Charlotte Checkers (name, arena, etc. will be kept...colors subject to change). Ok, I wasn't sure but I wanted to make sure someone knew about the update for the next version, as the Charlotte Checkers are my home team. With the ECHL dying, and so many teams disappearing, it could be fun to, say, bring back the Greensboro Generals in place of the Checkers or something, rather than having a defunct AHL team as an ECHL team in the game.Manimal wrote:I will update all North American Leagues in regard to franchises moving or folding. We'll see how things turn out. We've kept the most recent franchises in the game so far(CBA,MIS,PHX) plus the two AHL teams that did not make the AHL. If we follow that we'd add Fresno Falcons first, but who knows. We might change things around.coasterholic14 wrote:Ok, I wasn't sure but I wanted to make sure someone knew about the update for the next version, as the Charlotte Checkers are my home team. Have you heard any rumours on where the Rangers will send their ECHL guys next year?

Canadien's prospect P.K. Subban needs an increase in his skills/potential
He is 3rd in all defenseman points this season in AHL while he is still a rookie, was named to the AHL All-Star team, and was named the best defenseman during the WJC in 2009
On my game my scouts barely sees him as a potential no7 defenseman
Thanks!
