It needs to be approved by an admin, and so far I haven't seen any files waiting to be approved.

Either your upload failed, or we're experiencing technical difficulties because of the site upgrade...

Archi should know... :-k

... It may also be too big a file for our server, in which case you need to email it to us at ehmtheblueline@gmail.com, or provide a link to an outside source, like Filefront or SkyDrive.

Update;

This database includes;

* Updated transfers until 2010-05-19.

* Salary and contract length on NHL signed players made after capgeek.com

* The salary cap in NHL is sat to a bit over 70 million dollar because the game doesn't allow you to dump contracts in the minors and if the cap isn't this high the AI does so NHL teams to dump many players.

* Made an custom AHL due to hard coding; Abbotsford, Springfield & Worcester are in that league. Made a custom WHL due to hard coding; Medicine Hat Tigers are in that league

* ECHL has some defunct teams do to there are to many teams in the ECHL in the game than IRL.

* UHL is a league with most fantasy teams used to have when making own expansion drafts. The Salary Cap in UHL is gone to.

* Made a new IHL league based on there are a lot fewer teams there than in the old UHL.

* Made a new KHL league with all four divisions and used the old Russian Hockey League as a Retro league with old AHL teams and with players who have played in the diffrent teams.

* Swedish J20 SuperElite & Swedish J18 Elite created. AIK, Brynäs, Djurgården & Färjestad has fully updated rosters. More to come...

* Made an NHL Retro league with old NHL teams and retro versions on existing teams. Named two conferences in the retro league Clarence S. Campbell Conference™ and Prince of Wales Conference™ as they used to be called. Also made many classic players to put in those teams. The colours are the old and copper & black.

* Made an Retro ACHL with retro/defunct CHL/ECHL/UHL/IHL Teams.

* Made an Retro I-AHL with retro/defunct AHL/IHL Teams.

* Drafts made 2007-2009 in NHL Entry/CHL Import/QMJHL Selection draft.
WHL Bantam/OHL Priority 2007-2010 are made. Made some of the draftpicks in the USHL draft also, but the will not been seen in the game, only in the editor. KHL Draft 2009 made.

* Draftpicks rights in the NHL also changed after real life

* Made a Retro European Hockey League with invalid former European teams

* Made a Retro Junior Hockey League with former junior teams North Americans and Europeans.

* There are duplicates of some staff based on if they have 2 diffrent jobs.

* If a player is drafted twice in the NHL Entry Draft (Jarret Stoll, Matt Lombardi etc.) there are two copies of him just to make sure both drafts will be seen in the game.
Altough the "unreal" player is made as Man. dir. or Chairman and with a very bad rep so none want sign the duplicate.

* Player Stats/Player Histories updated till atleast the end of the 2008/2009 season. Some are even updated until this season 2009/2010. Season 2005/2006 in the games is the 2008/2009 season or 2009/2010 seson due to seasons.

* Scheme over player abilities, based on which league the player are playing in:

NHL Regular players: 130 --->
AHL:: 90-130
ECHL: 50-90
SEL/DEL/Finnish SM-League: 90-130
KHL: 100 --->
WHL/QMJHL/WHL: 50-90 (Top ranked players in NHL scouting can be higher ex. Seguin, Hall, Fowler etc.)
USHL: 45-70
BCHL: 40-60
Midget ---> 50
NCAA: 50-90

* Over 6000 players/non-players made.

* I hate when NHL teams signs unknown FA's just to kick them, the day after, by the way AI are alredy firing excisting
players like hell. SO I created two leagues NA FA's and Euro FA's in those leagues I created many Free Agent list
teams. In those teams I put players who are UFA's or retired and thoes who not belongs in a retro team.

* New Arenas

* New Cities

* All ISS Final scouting listed players 2010 made with a potential ability of -10 --> -15 all depending on how ranked he is ranked.

* Fully Rosters updated with the right # numbers in; NHL, AHL, ECHL, OHL, WHL, QMJHL, USHL, BCHL.

I have started updating SEL, Swedish J20 SuperElit & Swedish J18Elite;

If there is a interest I will upload the next edition including fully updated rosters i those leagues....

Nice work in NHL :thup:

P.s. how can i play KHL?

Ojanan is in the retro former Malmö IF not the "new" IF Malmö Redhawks team playing in Swedish Allsvenskan. Playing in the retro European Hockey League. He retired from hockey earlier this spring, and I put a long contract on him among others so they won't be UFA's and signed by "real" teams.

And I'm really sorry but you can't play in the KHL. I made KHL as a custom league just to have the real format on the league including all teams and the four divisions...

Glad you liked the NHL :-D

Does anybody want logos for the retro leagues or for some certain player?

It's hard to upload complete face-packs because I have so much pictures in my picture mapp. And it will take a lifetime to sort them out.

Logos though, can be uploaded in logopacks if there are anyone who is interested...

I really like the DB, The fact that the current stats are up to date make it huge for me. One question though, all the contracts are set to the current expiry dates (ie Demitra expires this year 2010) and the league rolls back to 2006 so everyones contract has been extended 4 years. (Therefore Demetra has 4 years left when you start) Is there a setting I missed to correct this??? Can I fix the settings in the editor 1.6?? Probably something i dont know....

Thanks in advance...

I just recently found out that you could change all staffs birthdates in the editor 1.6. Therefor I haven't had the energy to change all the contracts yet. :beer:

The contracts can't be changed, by one click in the editor. You have to change them manually. :thdn:

So this is something we have to live with until I get the energy to change all the contracts. :work:

It is also a bit confusing when you have to count backwards everytime you create a new staff or a new contract. That is why the energy is a bit low when it comes to changing it. The birthdates hasn't been changed either from the start, but you can change them with one click in the editor.

Glad you liked it, thoug :thup:

EHM's leagues are hard-coded to a particular structure, and can't be changed. This explains the instability and crashing.
Stinson... whats the most the ehm can have in ahl 27 teams?

I can only assume so - I haven't tried it myself, but common belief has been that structures can't be changed, or else the game becomes unstable.

M Ace seems to have backed this up with his work.
