They just show Thornton's part but Sedin clearly said that Chara was a liar and that if you play hockey for 20 years and don't know what's going on on the ice, you suck.
I'm glad this is happenning. With Molson's letter and those two that stand up, it's a nice beginning. If owners and stars players put their strenght together, the joke that Bettman and the NHL is could maybe change.

I'm gonna make some predictions too. First time and probably the last time.
Was-NY : Wash got a better team on paper than NY but they proved in the past that they can choke in playoffs. Lundqvist needs to play like a King. Though I'm not sure the Rags can handle this so my bet is Wash in 5.
Philly-Buffalo : Buffalo are on a good sequence and Philly are struggling with 8 loss at their last 11 games of the season. Buffalo absolutely needs Miller on fire for this series but Philly proved last year that they don't need a good goalie for going far. Richards, Giroux need to do as good as last year too. Philly in 6.
Boston-Montreal : Always a classic. This will be a long and tough series. Can Price do miracles like Halak did? Of course he can but Thomas too. If Boston keeps playing physical against MTL they'll win easily this, if not they need to be careful. I doubt MTL will go far this time. Boston in 7.
Pitt-TB : Good first season for Guy Boucher now let's see if he can handle the pressure in the playoffs. Vinny and St-Louis need to step up as playoffs veteran for the young guys ( Stamkos, Hedman ) and the old masked man is doing a fine job. Pitt don't have Cindy and Malkin, enough said. Tampa Bay in 6.
Van-Chi : Well alot of people already put up this, Chicago are the nemesis of Vcr. Chicago struggled to qualify for the playoffs and did it at the last game of the season. I really wish to see Vancouver go far. The Sedins and Luongo needs to play really well to get past the young Stanley Cup Champions. I will take a HUGE bet on Vancouver in 7.
SJ-LA : San Jose choked in playoffs more than anyone. The young Kings haven't had the season everyone was expecting and I doubt they can pass the Sharks. Sharks in 6.
DET-PHO: Second year in a row those two are meeting in the first round. Phoenix did another good season, same for Detroit. The Wings always play well in playoffs and are really experimented. Phoenix will need to wait for next year if they want to pass the first round....and not meeting the Wings. Wings in 6.
Ducks-NASH : Trotz did it again. Nashville got into playoffs with an average team that play really well year after year. Ducks have a great core. They have good vets and talented young guys. Ducks in 6.

Lidstrom ( again
), Chara and Weber are the Norris candidate of the year. I was hoping to see Buffy or Letang in the nominated.

Buffy ain't worth of Norris, he's so horrible in defensive zone. Enström is much better than him in overall.
And about Letang, his time will come soon.

Buff also faded down the stretch. He started out tops in defensive scoring over the first half of the year, but fell lower than 5th by the end of the year. If the Norris was given on Jan 1, he would have been my pick. Plus, his defensive play was brutal once the Thrashers started tanking.

I'm a little surprsied with the Calder Trophy candidates that a goalie was not listed. Bewteen Bobrovsky, Crawford, Nuevirth and yes Reimer, you think one of them would been selected before Grabner. Anyways I think Skinner is a lock for the Calder anyways, so it's probably a moot point.

Re: Official 10-11 NHL League-Wide Regular Season Thread
I heard yesterday on RDS that Crosby's career is maybe comprise because of his recently concussions. What I didn't knew is that when he was with Rimouski he also got 2 severe "stunning" ( sorry for maybe the wrong spelling ) So basically he got 4 heavy hits to the head in less than 6-5 years. What's weird is that this news appeared the same day Crosby got the green light to go back to training, still he seems to have alot of difficulty to recover from it.
There's nothing to be worried about so far, it's just a rumor. Crosby is a young, determined, talented guy so he will probably do anything he can to go back and play hockey but still he need to be really careful. Some people highly doubt that if he returns he will be as good as in the past, though nobody can really tell this without see him play. What would be ironic is that the NHL, with his lack of discipline in the concussions case, could lost is emblem/best player because of that.
Edit: Maybe it's not that much of a rumor. I read that the source is Pat Brisson is agent.
