Facepack and Logos does not work

Post by danzoeee »

Just bought FHM, seems cool so far!

Anyway, I've updated to the version 9.34 and now I can get either face packsor logos to work.. Is there some bug in this patch?:)

Sorry if there was any other post about it, i'm quite tired!

The facepacks don't work with the latest version of the beta. It's a known bug with the beta and will eventually be fixed I'm sure.

I don't know about the logo pack - I need more information to help you. I need to know what you've tried so far, etc. E.g. did you follow the installation instructions precisely?
1. Assuming you selected the default installation option when installing FHM, go to the following folder: <<My Documents>>\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\data\quickstart_games\Majors.quick\graphics\
2. Optional: Delete the logo_leagues and logo_teams folders.
3. Extract the ZIP file to the abovementioned folder. Ensure that you enable the “Use Folder Names” option in WinZip before extracting.
4. If the files have been extracted correctly, two sub-folders will have been created with the logos in (logo_leagues and logo_teams).

Note that this will only add the logos for newly created saved games. If you want to add the logos to existing saved games, you must also follow the instructions below for each saved game you want to update:

1. Assuming you selected the default installation option when installing FHM, go to the following folder: <<My Documents>>\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\data\saved_games\<<Saved game name>>.lg\graphics\
2. Follow steps 2 – 4 above.

I can't get the logos to work in the latest Beta version as well.

EDIT- And yes, I followed the instructions precisely! :P

I am a Mac user and I cannot get the logo pack to work as well. I found the folder ( and followed the instructions ), but the default logos appear in my new game even after I replaced them.
I see that when I open the replaced " graphics/logo_leagues and logo_teams " folder, the new logos are there (?!).
I am assuming this is a bug in this patch ( v 0.9.44 ), but if anyone has had success with regards to the new logo pack installation, please share your wisdom :-)

I would just like to bump this thread because I can't get it to work. I followed what you said archi, but nothing. The only discrepancy is in your file path you said: <<My Documents>>\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\data\quickstart_games\Majors.quick\graphics\ -- where as my file path is default_data.

Other than that, I've done everything you've said.

Sounds like you're looking in the wrong place (although I don't have the latest patch installed yet). 'Default_data' should be located in the installation folder and not the My Documents folder. Try setting up the folder structure as exactly as I suggested - perhaps that'll pick it up.
