Hey all,
I've changed the Phoenix Coyotes to the Winnipeg Jets (everything from team colours to club affiliations), but the changes don't show up when I try to start a new game. Yet, when I open the editor it shows my changes from before, but still not in the game.
Anyone know what's causing this?

Re: Pre Game Editor changes won't save
It's because when you loaded the Pre-Game Editor, you must not have used the "Run as Admin" option. Without using this option, the Pre-Game Editor does not have write access to the C:/Program Files/ folder structure (which is where I'm assuming EHM is installed). In which case, Windows allows programs not running as admin to save ghost copies of files in your AppData\Roaming folder. You'll probably find a ghost copy of your database here: C:\Users\<<your user name>>\AppData\Roaming\Sports Interactive\EHM 2007\data\database\.
The best thing to do to resolve this is as follows:
1) Replace the copy of your database in the normal EHM installation folder with the copy from the AppData\Roaming folder. Hopefully you will now have the correct edited copy of the database in your EHM database folder (and so you will see your changes in game).
2) Delete the 'database' folder from the AppData\Roaming folder.
3) Right click on the Pre-Game Editor shortcut (or the exe itself) -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Tick the box entitled "Run this program as an administrator". This will avoid any future problems with ghost copies.
