Does Not Give Me Proper Responders for Messages

Getting a little frustrated. I recently purchased FHM, and am now playing my first season (I was a long time EHM player).

It is "November 3, 2013" in the game and I proposed a trade with Chicago, and offered James Reimer straight up for Corey Crawford (which I was shocked was accepted)**. The response I received in my "Manager News" in the game was:

You have just been informed by Stan Bowman that he accepts your trade proposal. He said: "This is barely fair, so let's trade now before I reconsider."

But, when I go to the "Respond to Message", the only option coming up is "Discuss Trade Again".

If I select "Discuss Trade Again" I do not have any way to complete the trade. the "Finalize Trade" is "greyed out".

The menu page for FHM 2014 says I am using v1.6 Build 19. So I think I have the most up-to-date version installed.

There have been a couple of instances (other trade proposals), where I do not get ANY options when click on the "Respond to Message" button when I want to Reject or Accept an incoming offer.

Anyone else experience this issue?
