Complete Game Help FHM 07

I honestly don't even know where to begin with the game,

is there a way to increase goal scoring? Or is the goal scoring good enough.
(I haven't even simulated passed the tryouts) ](*,)

I don't know what good tactics to do, or really anything about the game, though I do know alot about hockey.

What I am really asking is how you start your game? Like what you do first ect.. OH and one of my biggest questions is how do I manage the mail I recieve? I dont know if I like getting mail about Danny Syvret getting a contract offer by ottawa.. (I'm the Oilers if you haven't guessed ;) )

Any help is appreciated, any kind of tips or anything, anyone has would really help me out, even if you don't have any of the answers asked on the thread, I mean it ANY INFO ANY!!! :-D

READ about it. Manual, threads...tons of information. No simple way to explain briefly. Need to go through the whole manual (which is not long) as well as all of the threads about what to do with my teams etc.

Is there a way to increase AI trade offers? I've gone through entire seasons without an AI team offering me a single trade. I only get 10 bad ones at once if I "Offer to All"
