Flyers review/ preview

Post by kjo8063 »

Broadstreet , Philadelphia, Pa.
Another year of what ifs in Philly:
What if future hall of fame netminder Anti Isomaki could have played 3 periods per game.
What if newly acquired Colton Wagar could have performed in the playoffs as he did in his post deadline stint with the Flyers.
What if GM Keith O hadn't given up on three former first round picks, and shipped them off to bean town.
What if the player acquired in the "what if" above put up numbers like he did in the juniors.
That was last year, lets look at this year:
What if a top line that has more than 2,200 total goals & 4,500 points gels. could be some serious offensive output
what if the D corps play as well as they could, the talent is there
What if the very young goalie tandem play over their heads ( or stand on them in key games)

what ifs, really a hard concept to wrap you're head around, but it's always there

a lot of what ifs in Philly again this year, and with all of the improvements on the other teams in the east he real question may be: who in the east has the most what ifs?
