Now beginning my long odissey. After few tests (and advises from Nino and Archibalduk!), I know 2 things for sure.
1) The youngs prospects (less than 14) can be created at a fixed entry age of 14, thanks to the new engine. That's in fact a very good news.
2) The necessity to populate the playables leagues, otherwise players play sometimes an excessive amount of gameplay minutes.
With the grace of Nino great work, my only concern is the Minor pro and Major junior teams without or almost without staff, to avoiding a defenseman playing around 50min a game.

I finished to create the Moose Jaw Warriors of the WHL. I used the Moose Jaw Cannucks of the Saskatchewan Hockey League. 13 Handcrafted players.
the Red Deer Rustlers using some of the AJHL (7 players).
