Hi this is my ehm update

I based it on the TBL Rosters v7.2 update, so most of the work is done by them!
However I updated a bunch of stuff such as:

Other division error
Retired numbers
Comp history
Award history
Career history (goaltenders had no stats)
Salary adjustments
Player attributes (a LOOOOOTTTT)
Club Records (its so out of date on all those previous versions)
Staff Moves
Staff attributes
Club info

I put a lot of work into this, and tested it a bunch of times to ensure as realistic experience as I could get. They have been tested with the new EA edition, so I cant speak for the realisim of the original rosters for EHM 2007.

The EHM 2007 rosters require the CSD patch to work, as the DOBs are all accurate, forwards have halved consistency and temperaments for all players are all 20. The salary cap for these rosters is the original 44 mil so the salaries are proportionate to that.

The EHM EA rosters have normal consistency, temperaments and salaries.

Okay i played with the roster for 4 full seasons. The biggest difference compared to the other roster are the stats. Most players have brilliant stats all over, which gives ai generated prospects a next to impossible chance of claiming a spot. The thing i liked with this one however was that the 2013-2014 prospects have changed stats. Travis sanheim for example is below trash in the other roster, but very useful here, which is nice as hes rated as a good prospect on various websites. The rosters were great for first 3 seasons, but i'm on hold now waiting for the 2015-2016 rosters, or possibly even a after draft release. Keep up your work for next year

you should talk to the guys who updates the TBL Database and help them. I'm sure they want your help! It's better with one really good database then two pretty good!

The TBL Rosters that you've edited and renamed is the work of many people (we too put a lot of work into it! HaHa...like literally thousands of hours!). So I'm hoping you'll be able to share some of your improvements [especially those that don't relate to Attributes...like Retired numbers Comp history, Award history, Career history (goaltenders had no stats), Club Records (its so out of date on all those previous versions) and Club info]

Hi adawxawx I started updating this roster

So far I have all trades except 1 prospect from the deadline (couldn't find him) and I've started the league transactions I've completed everything up to the 26th of June and I also have the draft rights assigned to the first 2 rounds from the 2015 draft class. I have corrected some contracts/resigning as per war-on-ice.com and have completed trades.

I will continue to move through the league transactions day by day via the http://www.cbssports.com/nhl/transactions page and should be done by tuesday/wednesday...maybe sooner

I have edited some attributes/potential for prospects and a few staff transactions/attribute updates, although at the very least I will have headcoach/gm's in order

I am using the eastside UK pre-game editor and haven't had any problems as far as editing/importing into the early access EHM

Although I would like to test out the draft pick rights, for what it's worth the pre-draft rankings didn't include any of the players who's rights I have assigned, I would though like to see what happens on June 9th 2015 and see if any computer teams sign their players...going on vacation isn't working for me so...instead of playing through a year I'd rather edit.

Anyways I will upload the roster here before I go to bed tonight.

the transactions are up to date until june 29th, there may be some other trades/contracts/free agents that happened after that but I would have done that before I started going day by day, also the first 2 rounds of the 2015 have the correct players/teams when it comes to draft rights....although I should edit McDavid because he's simply not getting a point per game in the OHL, I would imagine him and Eichel will be in the NHL this coming season so I may just add the contracts they signed

anyways if anyone has a preferred upload site I will be happy to upload it there, it's a zip file of the roster from the steam database folder

Give me about 5 minutes to upload I have everything updated except (St. Louis Blues Andre Benoit Signed as Free Agent, One-year contract) as I couldn't find him in the database

all player moves are up to date as of july 6th

I forgot the rich clune to the marlies/leafs, also I will need to play 2 way players on their ahl teams, but all players as far as I know are with their respective teams, all contracts are updated except the salary arbitration guys

my next step will be making sure at the very least GM/Head Coaches are correct, and then maybe tweaking owner/chairman patience, a team like pittsburgh is in "win now" as long as they have crosby so... also I want to see if making teams that are in for a long rebuild like toronto, making their chairman have more patience will effect the game in the long run

eichel, strome, mcdavid and provorov are on their NHL teams on 3 year deals

Then I gotta finish up the draft rights for rounds 3-7, although some prospects who were highly rated that fell out of round 2 may be done, not many though

Anything that's not correct just point it out and I will fix it

Has anyone actually played with these rosters? If so, how'd it go?
I'm curious how it would work/if there are any issues encountered...

Given the game starts in 2014 and there's no way to make it start in 2015, creating a "July 2015" roster doesn't change the 2014 start date, which means you have 17 year olds connected to NHL teams.....any problems with that?

The one thing I think would be a for sure is the 2015 draft would be the worst ever HaHa as there'd be no decent players to draft as they'll all have started on an NHL team as a 17 year old

I also wonder if having NHLer at 17 will affect development (I suspect it would #1 just like IRL and #2 it seems EHM:EA development is already on a much slower, more gradual curve...does starting at 17 affect that slower/gradual curve? i.e. how does the development engine deal with things being different than what it expects?)

My understanding is Patience connects to how likely the Chairman is to fire the GM (a low rating means more frequent GM firings).....I don't think it connects in any way to a GMs approach to winning (rebuilding, win now, etc)

I think it'd be great if in EHM:EA the Patience Attribute was used for more thank just the Chairman (and I think maybe a "Trading Attribute" would be good for GMs to have...a higher rating could mean more likely to trade/more interested in negotiating)


FYI my understanding is the Attribute "Interference" is used for both Chairman and GM, and the higher the rating the more "involved" they are to be with their subordinate
