I received the above PM which ought to have been asked in the forums.
The answer is that the players have low reputations and are contracted to teams in non-playable nations. If you want them to appear, you have to change your database size setting via the Game Preferences screen (i.e. use a larger setting). You must start a new game in order for the changes to take effect.
I downloaded Yours update for EHM:EA version and start the game. I see that some of clubs of inactive leagues like Czech Extraliga for example doesn't have all players (just a few). I should import a EHM:2007 database version to have all or these database are the same? My question is that is any difference of start game from New Game button with EHM:EA and Import TBL Update EHM:2007 and later press New Game? Sorry for lame question and thanks for an answer
