Foreign offer release clause
I am a GM at a Finnish team and want to get players from Swedish leagues. I have found players that have a foreign offer release clause but when I make an offer it doesn't get accepted.

I doubt that you are allowed to get players from the Swedish leagues if you are playing as a team in the Finnish league. The clause may only be available for North American team (AHL / NHL)

I presume it also includes KHL.
