Facepack filenames?

In the process of facepack making I have a problem with Stéphane Da Costa (KHL, CSKA Moscow). EHM doesn't see him. For the first, I thought this situation is because of special letter in his name, but other faces of players with names, which contain å, á, etc., are alright. For example, Tony Mårtensson, Ondrej Palát, Marcus Krüger.
I tried to use both e and é with no result.

If anybody knows, how to fix it, it will be great.

What do you mean by "EHM doesn't see him"? Is he not in the game, or do you mean that you can't get the picture to show up?

The second variant: I can't get the picture to show up.

Maybe, it's so, 'cause his name consists of 3 parts: Stephane Da Costa. I have no other idea.

Remove the underscore "_" between Da and Costa as it's considered "one name" in EHM

I remember when I first started making "faces" I bumped into this same problem. Took a while until I figured it out. Just so you know, you're not the only one!
