A little question : What is the limit of scout than a NHL team can have?
I have currently 14 scouts, but I think than I have not enough men to do a perfect scouting work around the world.
In my game, I give myself a challenge to draft someone from nowhere.

most I've had is 15. Not sure it's the limit though in 07 there was an overall staff limit I believe.

15 is still the limit. Tried to hire a 16th a couple times.

You are limited to 15 scouts (14+1 head scout), 3 physios, 1 head coach, 5 assistant coaches and an assistant GM. This is the same for an NHL team to the smallest team in the game.
