Exporting Individual Player's Stats

So, I'm trying to run a scenario where I create people and add them into the game, and then track their careers from bantams/midgets, through their retirements. I used to run this in the past using the Be A GM mode in the EA NHL series. However, with the release of this, I'd like to use this instead. I'm still somewhat new to the game, but I am learning how to navigate the game pretty decently. I'm using the Eastside UK Pre-Game editor to add the players into the game.

However, I would like find out how I can export stats similarly to how the "All Players Stats" export works for the NHL, KHL, WHL, etc for "featured" leagues in the game, but for the much lower leagues, like Bantams, Midgets, High Schools, etc. Or even, how I can export an individual player's stats (like players in my Shortlist) in a similar fashion.

Any help would be appreciated.
