Is there any way to translate game into Polish? I can do it, but I need some help with informations how can I do that?

I'm wondering this too, and surprised that SI hasn't done this yet. I've got some Russian friends on steam who I could market the game to, but they don't speak english that well.
I remember someone in finnish EHM forums working on a translation, and it worked to some extent, but people here have said that It's hardcoded, so I'm not sure if It's doable. At least translating match events and in-game hints should be easy as there's just two .cfg files for both of them. But that doesn't help much.

It looks like the language files aren't present in the game and so I guess it is all hardcoded for now.
