Key player goes away

Post by slapstick44 »

Hello, guys.

Is there any chance to keep the key player in my rival team? I mean, he is not player of my team but i want to stay him in the team he plays now. He grew up in this team and he has a great power rank. But i want him to stay there and finish his career there. I set everyone of team's staff to likes him (favorite player) even head coach and also him to loves this team (favorite team). But he is leaving at the first opportunity. Hm? I'm baffled, help please. ](*,) he is 33yrs old

Hi Slapstick,

You can do this with EHM Assistant. It is in the download section of this site. Just load it up when you are playing your game, go to PLAYERS and then FILTER to type in the players name. Click on the player, go to CONTRACT and then FIND STAFF CONTRACT and you can extend his contract from this screen.

Be sure that the CONTRACT END DATE matches up with the amount of seasons you add. In terms of realism, you can add CONTRACT START DATE to the current day in your game.

Lastly, at the end of the season when the new contract will take effect, remember to go back to the same screen and adjust the players new cap hit SALARY AGAINST CAP.

Hope this helps
