Future transfers/drafts?

Future transfers/drafts?

If I put a player drafted in my chl but not on my team but on his European team is there a way I can have him join my club for 2016 season or no? So like he plays in Europe for 3015 and then joins us in 2016? So like if like a future transfer type thing?
