In my only save the Salary Cap suddenly decreased from approx. 71m to 56m in 2022. I last played the save back in September 16 and just continued playing it the past few weeks (after the 1.4.1 update). This really is a problem as my roster is laid out to fit the 71m cap and important resinging won't be possible. Has anybody experienced this as well?
I posted this in the SI bug forum: https://community.sigames.com/topic/397 ... decreases/
Edit: Could it be that in the off-season a different value is shown for the salary cap?

Re: Salary Cap suddenly decreases
I've never seen a different value in the off-season. Also if memory serves me right the off-season salary cap is in the 78M region. So if it did show the off-season cap it should be more, not less.Bam_Margera wrote:In my only save the Salary Cap suddenly decreased from approx. 71m to 56m in 2022. I've had the same thing happen with Salary Budget rather than Salary cap though. Since there are a bunch of more or less rare math errors in other parts of the game, it's likely there is one somewhere in those calculations too. I bug reported it as well, it was ages ago though so assuming Riz fixed that this has to be another error, although similar in nature.

Re: Salary Cap suddenly decreases
Looking into the EHMAssistant the Cap still shows up as 71.4m. Also the salary floor is 11m lower in-game than what the EHMAssistant shows.Shindigs wrote:I've never seen a different value in the off-season. The player budget in game also decreased from 85.5m to 67m.

Are you sure you didn't change the currency?

Re: [solved] Salary Cap suddenly decreases
Why were you on Pounds Sterling, if you don't mind me asking? I assume that's what it was on since it's the only one worth significantly more than the dollar. If you want to change things up you can always play with rubles and get confused by the ridiculously high numerical values you end up getting
Nikolaj Ehlers is currently on a modest 629400000R cap hit!

I don't even know why I changed it to €. I didn't even fancy starting a game with a European team.Shindigs wrote:Why were you on Pounds Sterling, if you don't mind me asking?
