NHL Packages Questions

Greetings everyone

I just had DirectTV installed mostly for hockey and the vast majority of the rest of what I would use that service for can be obtained through other, less expensive means (Streaming services, Download, etc.) So the value of DirectTV is really not that great for me.

Is the NHL.TV package essentially the same as Center Ice available through cable/satellite services?

Does the NHL.TV package allow you to pick which team's broadcast you watch (home vs. away)?

Does anyone use the NHL.TV package through a Roku device? If so is the experience good?

Any answers or guidance is greatly appreciated.
