I wasn't sure where to fit this- and I'm pretty sure this is something that can't be done in a DB but...
Working with the newest TBL roster- Marek Malik doesn't speak English. I don't know if loading playing histories for staff would fix this (or even be worth the time), but I'm sure there are many former players that spent time in countries where they would've learned the language.
As I said before, probably not something easily fixed in a DB.

Prior to EHM 1 there was actually a Staff Languages table in the database. However, it didn't let you choose or set languages. All it had was a Proficiency attribute but I'm not sure how that was linked to any language. The table was removed from EHM 1 as I guess it was never actually used by the game. So I'm afraid there is no way to edit languages in the database.
