Does somebody know how to do this?
I'd like to start from Mestis or even from Suomi-sarja and proceed all the way to the Liiga. In the current state it's not possible since Liiga is closed so there'll be no relegations/promotions.
Any way to open Finnish Liiga promotions/relegations with EHM Editor?

Yes, you can do it in the editor. You can download db from 2014/2015 season to check how to set up things in the editor. It was the last season when Liiga was open.
