I know adding drafts into the game isn't really supported, but has anyone successfully modified any of the existing drafts?
Specifically looking for anyone that has had success in changing any of the junior drafts to different geographic locations?

I'm not aware of anybody who has tried. BKArchitect is the person most likely to have experimented with this.
