Watch Game Question

Just general question... WHen it comes to playing EHM i am the kind of person who likes to watch important games (playoffs, WJC games when managing a country) etc and then sim not important ones. However I just got a roster update from steam for ehm however for WJC it will allow me to watch other country games but not the country i am managing? Any question as to why?

nevermind figured it out have to go to WJC screen and then click on view
