Here's the context to my gameplay -
The most recent TBL Rosters with the Kraken in them used.
GM only - head coach leads games.
I am not applying any Playmover tactics to the game. I am doing a GM only gameplay after all.
EHM 1.5 beta used as it's the only way to run the roster update.
All NHL games are simmed. Not watched. Head coach leads them.

The trouble is that with my Minnesota Wild as well as the San Jose Sharks roster players keep not playing up to their potential. All but maybe 1 or 2 guys underperforming and my teams keep losing more than they should and I end up deleting my gamesave early in year 1 because I'm a playoff seeker. No time for rebuild and failure missing the darn playoffs.

Sure, I did personnel overhauls and plenty of player transactions to shape the team the way I want it to be but it seems like it doesn't even matter which players are brought in.

This is the depth chart of my Minnesota team on the most recent attempt.

Seems like it doesn't even matter which head coach it is. The recent two attempts it was Doug Weight, and the first time I tried playing with Minnesota the team did well until a dumb pack of losing happened out of nowhere in January even though I haven't done anything differently. But the outcome seems to be the same with any bloody coach and I've only picked appropriately good ones.

I did a career attempt with Coyotes while ago with the career shared on the relevant topic here, similar overhauling but it worked. The heck is wrong here? It's as if this roster update has forced some kind of performance ceiling to my team. I'm pretty sure my team would win more if i was watching the games or if i coached them myself but that sort of a trend is bit too common and seems like some exploit.

Losses themselves don't seem to have a valid consistent trend either. As if all the player talent is getting weirdly limited. It would be a valid point to bring up that I may be making too many transactions unsettling the team but I did the same on that aforementioned Coyotes run and it worked. Is this TBL Roster update simply that broken?

Maybe the San Jose team is legitimately bad in this roster pack but Minnesota should NOT be this bad. Both teams seem to be same type of bad each attempt though.

Never mind, the TBL rosters have got an update and I'll retry with that.
