First of all, you need to have a user account at our main site. This is a seperate user account to your forum user account. If you don't already have such an account, you will need to create one.
Once you have logged on to the main site, go to the downloads section and click on "Submit File". Then simply follow the on-screen intructions.
To take advantage of the screenshot display system, follow the instructions in our uploading guide. The system provides you hosting space for you screenshots.
