Challenge 11: St John Sea Dogs

We are pleased to announce the start of our first non-NHL Challenge: St John Sea Dogs (QMJHL)!

As this is our first non-NHL Challenge and, as many of our users have not played in the Canadian Juniors before, we have done our best to make the rules as simple as possible. It has always been the case that we only introduce new rules if the Challenges are not "challenging" enough or a user is exploiting a loophole. In order to make things simpler, we have tidied up all five of the rules threads in attempt to avoid repetition and to ensure clarity. We have also given each rule a number so that if anybody has a query regarding a rule, they can quote the rule number.

To make the QMJHL Challenge as simple as we can, we have removed the requirement to adhere to "TBL Budget" salary cap and we have removed the Core and Home Grown player rules.
