There isn't one all encompassing face pack. People release them in batches. I know Devils88 just released a pack with some updated cards but it doesn't cover everyone. Your best bet is to go through and download them all.

Yup. To have them all in one file would for one, be a huge file, two, take forever to download.

I for one have more than 11 000 player and staff photos, more than 300 mb. :-D

Although I'd love to have one big download of them with the dates set for Lidas' update. :nerd:

There's so much pictures.. I have 12500 player pics + 1300 nonplayers TBL styled.
But I don't agree with that we upload pics with changed dob's.

Well then if we found good place to share pics. That we can share pics for each season. (79,90?,98,06,07 and 08)
Summarum.. that takes 1.4G unzipped.. or if someone can make files which change every pictures dob's to spefific season.. but there's a lot of typing.

First, thanks to all who replied, much appreciated. Second, I started to d/l some of the facepack files on this site, but I can't get them to show up in the game. I am d/l them to the players file in my main ehm directory but the photos aren't showing up in game. Anyone run into similar problems, if so can you help me out?

Cheers,

dcc

Dcc, place them into this file: Sports Interactive\NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007\data\pictures\players. Also, if you are using LidasDB, they won't show up unless you change the names of the files.

Anymore problems, let us know.

Sorry to take this slightly off-topic, but I have to say that that is a fantastic idea. An online album for each league and each season that has facepics for each player. That's something that could be done on Photobucket using some sort of folder structure :-k

On a card by card basis? That could be a serious pain for people to download. It's great if you just want to view them but not so fun to actually download the cards that way.

What about one of those free file hosting sites I linked to in the General Discussion forum? We could probably use one of those to do a bigger download.

I think the photo bucket idea could work simply because is there really that many people that need to download full packs? haven't most of us already done that? this would be a great idea to go and get certain cards that we like better than what we currently are using

Answers are all in the area in the little box above the list of things for graphics and game add ons.

The box area is called...Where to put addons. And well, scroll down in it and you will find the answer.

1. The pictures are all in zip/rar files. Don't forget to extract them!

2. You need all of the pictures to be placed in the directory Getzlaf mentioned above.
Don't put the pictures in another folder within the folder above!!!!

3. If you are using Lidas rosters, you would need to change the birth year back to 2 years.
For example: Don_Mahoney_5_5_1987.jpg ====>>>> Don_Mahoney_5_5_1985.jpg

There is a sheet programm somewhere mentioned that helps you to change the filenames
simultaneous so that you don't have to go through each single picture editing the filename.

Whilst browsing to see if anyone has posted any links for good sites to get AHL actionshots from, for an upcoming facepack I'll be making I came across this....

I have been thinking about doing this myself. Such as building a website that would cater for this. Where the facepacks would be split into mugshots, TBL cards and my own designed AJP cards as well as anyother card type that people make.... I was also thinking about having the site into sections one for the Lidas DB and one for the TBL 1.5 DB.
