Please could all users who competed in Challenge 15 (Colorado Avalanche) and/or 16 (Edmonton Oilers) please check that all of your Challenge stats have been added to the site's database. You can do this very quickly and easily by looking at your season-by-season stats in your Career History Profile (Click Here).
If you notice from your Career History that the number of games played for a season is less than what you recall playing then it is likely that stats for one/several of your quarters have not been added to the database. You can find out which quarters for any particular season have or haven't been recorded by visiting the Challenge Stats Index. From this page, access the season for which you think your stats are incomplete. By browsing through each quarter of team stats for that season, you will be able to identify from what quarter your stats are missing.
If you find that any of your stats are missing, please could you post here in this thread the following details:
1) The Challenge number, season number and quarter (i.e. quarter 1 (games 1-20), quarter 2 (games 21-40), quarter 3 (games 41-60) or quarter 4 (games 61-82)) where your stats are missing.
2) The direct link to the post where you originally posted your stats.
How to find the direct link to the post where you originally posted your stats:
1) Go to the appropriate recording thread (Click here for Challenge 15 / Click Here for Challenge 16).
2) Browse through the pages of the thread to find the correct post.
3) You will see a

Why are we asking you to do this?
I'm really sorry to ask users to do this. Challenges 15 and 16 were some of our most popular Challenges yet. A staggering 640 quarters of stats were correctly recorded (327 quarters in Challenge 15 and 313 in Challenge 16). That's the equivalent of 160 seasons of EHM - a very large amount of data to work with! It takes me hours and hours (actually it took about a week to process Challenges 15 and 16 together) to paste all of these quarters into a spreadsheet, collate the data by user, format the data and finally put it into the database.
This huge amount of work is one reason why a long time ago we introduced the rule that if users do not correctly post their stats then they won't be added to the database (rules 11.3 and 11.4). To manually enter data that hasn't been correctly posted/formatted (i.e. the stats post doesn't include the bottom line of "code") takes significantly longer than normal and it involves a heck of a lot of work. Thus with the huge amount of data to process for Challenges 15 and 16, I couldn't afford to stop and manually correct all of the stats that were not correctly posted. Therefore I had to ignore incorrect stats posts.
However, I don't want people to miss out on a technicality. Thus I am giving all users who incorrectly posted their stats a chance to bring them to my attention and I will then manually enter them into the database. This is going to be a heck of a lot of extra work for me but I would really like to ensure users aren't disadvantaged. So if you post the link to your original stats posts here then I'll do my best to ensure that they're added to the database.
Please note that I want the link to your original post from the relevant Challenge Stats Recording Thread rather than you reposting your stats. I will give everybody approximately one month (i.e. no later than 6 July) to do this and then we will go ahead and award the bonus points for Challenges 15 and 16.
