Forum rules
Data Editing Forum: Editing the game, databases or saved games. Home of the EHM Editor and the EHM Assistant.

Game Add-ons Forum: Database projects, graphics and sounds. Any discussion which does not relate to editing databases or saved games.

Game Knowledge Discussion: Attributes, coaching, drafting, scouting, tactics and training/practice.

General EHM Chat: Anything relating to Eastside Hockey Manager 2004 / 2005 / 2007 / 1 which does not fall within any of the other forums.

I'm new to the game (played for about a week) and i didn't find a the guide (the download was broken), or a suitable topic to post this question...
...so can someone tell me the basics about player-developing, potential, trading etc. :-?

I'd also recommend the EHM 2005 Guide: http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/wiki/inde ... 2005_Guide

Although written for EHM 2005, the basics aren't that different and it'll give you a good understanding of how the game works. The EHM 2007 Guide more of an update with regards to the tactics but doesn't cover the other aspects of gameplay.
