2d Player Indicators - Injured Player Update

I made this small change to Minstrel's excellent 2d players skin element. I found that I was still unable to see the downed player cause it went by too fast. So I squished as if he was laying face down on the ice and found it easier for my old eyes to tell. If anyone else can use this then I will have made a small contribution.
