I got a problem on my EHM, I'm managing Sudbury Wolves and they're the leaders in the whole Canadian Hockey League and I applied for the job as Toronto Marlies manager and now they're offering me a job. What shall I do?

Of course I want to climb up in my career but I also want to help Sudbury to win Memorial Cup for the second year in a row.

Hmmm... sounds like a "Be careful what you wish for" scenario. I say take the Toronto job given that those jobs don't come along very often and you may have a chance to bring several more Memorial Cups to the Wolves before you get a sweet AHL slot like that.

You could always name your "twin brother" as successor to your GM slot with Sudbury to act of course only after consulting you on team matters. Just until he gets up to speed of course and allowing you to move on to Toronto ;)

Too late, I didn't signed with them, I noticed that they were placed at the bottom in their division and I'm managing the best hockey team in Canadian junior hockey at the moment.

A little bit, but I discussed this with shadd666 on MSN and it was after that I decided to reject the offer. I think/hope that if I got two Memorial Cups in a row I get quite good reputation and then I can apply for a new job.
