- Users will be able to coach any NHL team from the 1947/48 season onwards.
- Only the NHL will be playable.
- The WHA might be included in the first version. If not, it is hoped it can be introduced in a later version.
- The minor leagues will not be present in game. Instead there will be a minor league reserve list which you can send players down to.
- The game engine can be customised according to the game style of each season (e.g. higher/lower levels of scoring, penalties, etc).
- Players are rated in the database using a range of templates. These can then be further refined by setting all/any of each player's attributes.
- The historic database will exist within the modern database - i.e. it'll be one big database.
