The guys who wanted badly to win didn't got the skills to score goal unfortunately, like Bieska.

Re: Official 10-11 NHL Playoff Thread
Some of the players on both teams who are taking rubbish for not playing better were playing hurt so I don't think it's very fair to call them all out. If it wasn't the playoffs and moreso the finals both teams may have lost more than a few guys to the disabled list. I guess the real problem is that teams don't disclose injuries and most players and teams don't want to use injuries as an excuse. Good on them but the fans and media need to be more objective I think.

Btw, did you have noticed that Flyers 39-year-old d-man Sean O'Donnell had his 2nd best season in points ? Great achievement in that age.

In fact he got 18 points (?!?). That's pretty much for him.

JYP...You need to learn to see that the smiley face is part of a joke. I know he did not get 3 points last year.But..since he is not known for offense I was having some fun. O'Donnell is NOT an outstanding offensive defenceman. Yes he had a great year last year, but dude..stop taking that type of post so seriously.

I don't know if JYP's mother tongue is English, but I know sarcasm in a second language is pretty hard to detect. Sometimes it's hard to read things in a different language and understand its tone.

Just understand that at least half my posts are sarcastic. That should be easy to see by now without even actually speaking any language.
Oh and never ever steal my thoughts and write them as your own, as someone recently writing in this thread did in another thread. When you write a sentence that is exactly the same as one of my previous ones or anyone's...you should probably quote it. Plus its easier.

Nope. 50% sarcasm, 50% legitimately calling someone an idjit.

Did you notice the $100k bottle of bubbly? The Bruins are all claiming it's not as crazy as it looks. I guess when you look look at what was consumed and figure that there was about 30 guys. Plus I'm sure there were some hangers-on. I guess the $100k bottle was a gift from what I've been hearing. It was on the bill but somebody else paid for it.Danny wrote:Bill from the Bruins saturday night at Foxwoods casino

Oh and I've been hearing Ference quoted as calling him the Honey Badger. I saw that video before I heard Ference call him that and thought it was hilarious. When I heard the quote it made me laugh even harder!
I didn't get to go to Boston's "rolling rally" for the Bruins last Saturday. It was just too much to juggle with the kids and plans that afternoon. I watched it on TV instead and I'm glad that I did. There was no driving into town and the subway (we call it the "T") was backed up like crazy from everyone trying to get there. Despite all of that, there was still over 1 million people (I think I heard 1.5 million) there to see them. And it was a very hot day.
I guess Marchand and Seguin have been joined at the hip during the celebration. They've been partying all over Boston and there's been plenty of cell pics. I guess Seguin posted on Twitter that he was finally driving home. The kids are living it up!

Lol, I have no clue what I stole from you. You had probably written yet another essay that I was too lazy to read then I accidentally repeated what you said.batdad wrote:Just understand that at least half my posts are sarcastic. You should probably read posts before writing. cause you did it again in another thread.
I am sure that the Heineken Light on the bill was what the boys bought for Seguin. Hey kid...this is going to be different for you, here is your one beer. Now go sit at the kiddie table. Recchi prolly got it for him.
