September 21st
The IceDogs open their season on the road, travelling to play the Sudbury Wolves. Backup goaltender Kenton Howse will get the start in goal for Niagara, backed up by Parker Graham. Kenton Howse stopped 21 of the 25 shots he faced, and though the score was tied 3-3 going to the third period, two straight Niagara goals were enough to eke out the victory!

September 22nd
The IceDogs return home to play host to the Belleville Bulls. Parker Graham will get the start in goal for Niagara. Parker Graham stopped only 8 of the 12 shots he faced before being pulled in favor of Kenton Howse, who stopped 17 of 21 shots the rest of the way, as the IceDogs got destroyed!

September 24th
The IceDogs remain at home to play host to the Brampton Battalion. Jesse McCullough stopped 31 of the 35 shots he faced, and though the IceDogs led 3-1 midway through the third period, the Battalion bounced back with three unanswered third period goals to take the victory!

The IceDogs return home to play host to the Barrie Colts. Jesse McCullough stopped 25 of 27 shots he faced, and the IceDogs took an early 3-0 lead, and though the Colts chipped away at that lead, they couldn't quite catch up!

The IceDogs travel to play the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors. Backup goaltender Kenton Howse will get the start in goal for Niagara. Kenton Howse stopped 14 of the 19 shots he faced before being pulled in favor of Jesse McCullough, who stopped 15 of 16 shots the rest of the way, and though Niagara scored late in the third period to force overtime, it would be Mississauga winger Darroll Marcoux emerging as the overtime hero!
