Energy Lines
I've read abit about people having energy lines, what are they used for? How are they used? Are they used aswell as, or instead of, a checking/shutdown line? Obviously stamina would be a requirement but what else? Are they just sent out for a 20 second shift to hit everything that moves?

It's generally the 4th line, who jumps on the ice to grind everything. Stamina is not that important, as they won't play more than 5 minutes per game. Strength, aggression and hitting are way more important. Enforcer type players, eventually power forwards. Don't expect a lot of scoring from such lines, nor positive +/- ratings. It's a hitting party, and sometimes a fighting party
